Metric! Yes, Yes, Yes!

Last night was one to go down in the books. I will look back on this night, and have many stories to tell for years. First, and this must be known, I had a great outfit on. I had my best jeans, with a skirt (which an architect made!) as a top, my "where's Waldo" scarf, and my hot red high heels. Matty and I arrived after a trip on the C-Train to a very full MacHall. Young, old, many. So we went and checked our coats and proceeded to the beer gardens to drink. It was pretty good. Saw some old friends that I haven't seen in years. That is the best when you are back at your ol' stoppin' ground and you see friends and share old memories. So we drank and drank and were feeling pretty good, when metric came along. Matt proved himself rather well in a few instances and made me look at him in a new light, but that is for me to know. Anyways, we head in to check out this band. They rocked out and we got in the sweatiest part of the crowd. Got pushed around and pulled by Matty to get the best spot. 'Twas fab! Sang my heart out to Dead Disco, Combat Baby, and Hustle Rose (my fav!). She sang a few too many new songs but that was understandable. All in all I had a rockin' night. If, by any chance, you can go and see Metric, I would highly recommend it.
