Can anyone say...terrible mother?

I know I have taken a bit of a side street away from Fashion and Art, but there are too many good things on You Tube right now.
This latest one is brutial. I am assuming that the woman on the left is the mother of the child on the right. I don't know about anyone else, but if my child was SCREAMING "help me," "stop it," "I'm slipping," "I'm falling," "I'm stuck," and "this hurts" I wouldn't look directly at him and laugh hysterically. This woman has issues. MAJOR ISSUES!! I don't care how fun the ride was. I understand that there is very little she could do, but you don't sit there and laugh at your child in agony.
